What is your policy on returns?
I am very flexible and returns are graciously given. I usually pay only the cost of the item and 1/2 of the shipping cost. Returns must be accompanied by the safe return of the book or item in decent condition. I have found most buyers to be very nice, sensible people who usually must have a specific reason for a return.
